Tour Description

Discover Hope Cemetery, Galesburg's original burying ground and final resting place to some of Galesburg's most iconic citizens with retired judge and local historian Harry Bulkeley. What to expect: Get ready to hear some not-so-scary stories and see the tombs located in this "outdoor history musuem." Hope Cemetery spans 14 acres, so please wear comfortable shoes. If you'd like to sit, please bring a chair that you can comfortably carry to transport it during the tour. *All proceeds (minus a small processing fee) will go to The Hope Cemetery Association.
