Join former Judge & local historian Harry Bulkeley at the end of the Iconic City History Tour in Hope Cemetery for an additional 30 minutes to learn more about Galesburg's original burying ground. This tour is for you if: You're an adventurous visitor who's intrigued to learn about the legendary backstories and anecdotes of Galesburg’s most iconic citizens, sites, statues, streets, and structures. What to expect: ♦ The tour picks up & drops off in Downtown Galesburg in the parking lot next to the Galesburg Antiques Mall (140 S. Prairie St), so feel free to grab a bite to eat at one of Galesburg's many fine restaurants before or after your tour. ♦ We have two hop off mini excursions planned for you. Please wear comfortable shoes. ♦ We cross 3 sets of train tracks on this tour. Please note that crossing and stopped trains may delay our tour by up to 15 minutes.
